Frustrated by inefficiencies he faced optimizing his own staking positions across networks, Elay turned years of hands-on experience into Polli: an automated yield engine designed to make staking smarter, safer, and more aligned with network goals.
Backed by two successful exits and a career building enterprise systems and compliance infrastructure, Elay brings a product-first mindset and a relentless focus on on-chain yield optimization.

Yaron Schwarcz founded Skyline Robotics and guided BD and operations through its acquisition, was a Bold Innovator at the XPRIZE Foundation and is a Singularity U Global Solutions Program alumnus. A crypto investor since 2017, Yaron translates Polli’s technical edge into clear value propositions for validators, funds and institutional partners. He manages partnerships, fundraising and day‑to‑day operations.
